With over 25 years of life experience across high‑stakes corporate environments, personal health battles, addiction recovery, and executive coaching, Grant offers an intuitive approach to radical transformation.
With a client list that spans continents and careers, from high-level executives to trauma survivors, Dana Grant’s transformative life coaching has helped countless individuals discover their best lives. Her method is intuitive, rooted in years of personal reinvention, and focused entirely on helping people overcome damaging beliefs so they can step fully into the abundant lives they were meant to lead.
It is the philosophy of Grant’s coaching to identify the unique subconscious patterns holding individuals back.

Next month, Grant is thrilled to be launching her new book, The Truth Within The Lie: How To Align With Universal Principles To Create The Life You Deserve. Her new book certainly marks a new chapter in her career.
“When I meet someone, I look at where their armor is. What are they willing to share? What are they not willing to share? I look at their life. It doesn’t take me very long to see what they did three to six months ago, where they are now, what’s moving that needle and what’s not,” said Grant.
A “soul liberator” and “life celebrator,” Grant’s work is focused on releasing clients from old stories and protective narratives that no longer serve them. The process often begins with identifying a client’s perceived limits through her gift for connection and how far they believe they can go before worthiness becomes a barrier.

What Grant offers is an amalgamation of life coaching, therapy, business coaching, and spiritual guidance, centered on truth-telling and visualization, supported by practical tools like affirmation work, pattern recognition, and energy alignment.
Every client is guided through a custom deconstruction process, which Grant tailors to their personal language and life experiences.
“Everyone speaks a language, but my job is to upgrade their language,” said Grant. “We get to the truth of our subconscious limitations. First the truth is really important, and then we assess, and we visualize what a life like that would look like. We’re constantly stepping into the unknown.”
Working with Grant often means confronting what she calls the “terror barrier,” that point when the ego panics and resists change, preferring the comfort of familiar limitations over the fear of expansion toward living one’s fullest life.
“Our comfort zone is not going to give us what we really want, but we fear the unknown. Nobody wants to be there, and certainly the ego doesn’t want you over there, because it says, ‘I don’t want to go over there. I don’t know what’s going on. I can’t protect you,’” said Grant.

Grant’s career began in the upper echelons of the corporate world, hustling with the Chamber of Commerce elite, breaking sales records, and earning recognition as Chico’s Entrepreneur of the Year. Yet even at the top, she felt something was missing. Following devastating personal loss, family addiction, and life‑threatening health crises, she reframed her life, co‑founded a successful wellness brand, Cali’Flour Foods, and ultimately found her true calling in life coaching. Now she uses her practice to help others broach new frontiers with the same fearlessness.
Whether someone is stuck in career burnout, emotional codependency, or high-functioning perfectionism, Grant helps them reframe their approach to life itself.
“We restructure these stories, and we do it through affirmations. We do it through repetition. We do it through commitment,” said Grant. “We make a commitment that I am worthy, and we do that through consistency and then all of a sudden they start to see results.”
