With a client-first philosophy and a proven track record of results, Chalifour Consulting is redefining full-service business consulting. Backed by more than 30 years of experience, the firm offers tailored strategic support in sales development, business coaching, CFO services, and operational planning all through a human-centered approach.
Founded by father-son duo Ken and Craig Chalifour, the firm was built on the belief that business growth starts with understanding people. This relationship-driven model allows Chalifour Consulting to design personalized strategies that align with each client’s goals and challenges. From helping companies overcome scaling hurdles to building sales processes and improving operational efficiency, Chalifour Consulting brings clarity and momentum to small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. and abroad.

“We are what I call a full-service business consulting firm,” says Craig. “What that means to us is that we work with small businesses, typically under $20 million in annual revenue, although we do have some outliers to that. But when we operate in that size, we’re able to do two things. One, we’re able to stay industry agnostic, we’re able to work with a variety of industries. And then two, we’re able to have the largest impact on the business.”
According to Craig, the firm sees the most meaningful transformations in businesses that still maintain a close connection between owner and operations.

“The businesses we work with tend to involve mild separation between the owner and the business, so we’re able to have some trickle-down effects with operational HR and change management practices and really drive tangible results for our clients,” he explains.
“We work with clients in a three-phase process, which is discovery, development, and implementation,” Craig says. “It’s a little bit more in-depth process on the back end, that we call our Business Positioning System. And so we take a little bit of time to get to know the client and what they’re doing, what they do very well or what they do very poorly, and everything in between.”

This distinct approach, combined with an extensive entrepreneurial background, Craig and Ken have collectively owned and operated over two dozen businesses, sets the firm apart in a market often saturated by high-cost consulting firms or operators without small business experience.
“We know this works,” says Ken. “We often say we’re in the relationship business first, to develop that relationship, that trust. But social proof is huge for us. Providing value to our clients is evidenced by our reviews. We have hundreds of reviews, and every one of them is five stars. That’s a barometer to how we’re doing and what we’re doing with our clients.”
Despite their clear division of roles, Craig handling client operations, Ken leading business development, relationships and family represent the foundation of the firm. And while the father-son duo maintain their distinct family and business partner roles, that doesn’t mean work doesn’t butt into family dinner. “Work comes up all the time,” they both agree with a laugh.
